Behind Africana x Africano
I am Anna Rabemanantsoa, a French-Malagasy journalist, based in Paris. Living in this ever fast-paced and often too virtual and short-attention reality, my intent with Africana x Africano is to take time to connect —using diverse media from audio to photography— with my fellow Africans and people of African descents, on and outside the continent, in English and in French, from sharing journeys and talents, takes on life, attempts and successes navigating different spaces in our shoes, whether we live in a big metropolis, in a rural area or are travelling the world, looking to build connections, homes, or legacies.
