I am delighted to introduce Victoria Sanusi and Jasmine Braithwaite from the UK podcast, Black Gals' Livin, which focuses on cultural topics and mental health.

It is a very important show not only because they discuss mental health from their personal point of view, as young Black women, but also because they encourage such talks among other British people, and enlist the help of professionals to debunk certain myths and preconceptions that one can have on this topic, from a safe and non-judgemental place.
